Overview

This role is designed for the clinician ready to advance their skillset under experienced leadership. We operate four distinct clinical households where we prioritize structured resident recovery and high-signal medical oversight. You will work in a resort-style environment that balances professional nursing standards with a focus on patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a 1 to 14 staffing ratio during the day shift.

• Coordinate medication management and wound care protocols.

• Supervise non-licensed nurse aides to ensure high-quality ADL support.

• Perform clinical assessments for short-term rehab and long-term residents.

• Document patient progress within a multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Qualifications: Valid Texas LVN or RN license and current CPR certification.

• Skills: Strong clinical judgment and the ability to coordinate care plans with attending physicians.

• Education & Experience: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Experience in skilled nursing or a high-acuity clinical setting preferred.

Crown Point Health Suites is a 108-bed facility designed to move away from the institutional feel of traditional nursing homes. The campus features high-end culinary services with on-site chefs, a recently expanded therapy gym, and private suites. Our layout uses a household model (Sapphire, Emerald, Ruby, and Diamond) to create smaller, manageable clinical environments for both staff and residents.
