The Story of Ida Mae
In 1959, Ida Mae Jewell opened the second nursing home in Lubbock history. She established a standard for honoring elders. In 2011, her grandchildren opened Crown Point Health Suites to continue that mission.
The Foursquare Partnership
In 2026, Crown Point joined Foursquare Healthcare. This partnership maintains the Jewell family spirit while providing clinical resources and new protocols. We combine local heart with professional expertise.
